TERMS & CONDITIONS

T&Cs ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Any online subscription cancelled before completion, will not be refunded.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however to ensure the auto renewal payment is deactivated, please give at least one weeks notice.

  • Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service and access the app until the end of your current payment periods.

  • Online subscriptions cannot be frozen. Clients must complete the plan within the given time frame of their subscription.

  • Online subscriptions are non transferable.

  • Clients must give at least one weeks notice if any changes/adaptations are needed to be made to workouts due to holidays, work trips etc.

  • Clients must ensure that the details provided upon sign up or at any time are correct and complete and updated if changed at all during the subscription.

T&Cs FACE TO FACE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

  • Any session cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded or postponed to a later date.

  • Both of the 4 week Face to Face PT packages have a validity period of 6 weeks from the date of the first session. All PT sessions must be completed within 6 weeks.

  • Any Face to Face/Combo package cancelled before completion, will not be refunded.

  • Packages are non transferable.

MEDICAL

  • We are not medical practitioners or registered dieticians. We strongly recommend that prior to commencing any diet or exercise regime that you consult a medical practitioner and/or registered dietitian first.

  • We have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or diet on a medical condition.

  • Clients acknowledge that when participating in any exercise program that there is the possibility of physical injury.
