T&Cs ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Any online subscription cancelled before completion, will not be refunded.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however to ensure the auto renewal payment is deactivated, please give at least one weeks notice.
Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service and access the app until the end of your current payment periods.
Online subscriptions cannot be frozen. Clients must complete the plan within the given time frame of their subscription.
Online subscriptions are non transferable.
Clients must give at least one weeks notice if any changes/adaptations are needed to be made to workouts due to holidays, work trips etc.
Clients must ensure that the details provided upon sign up or at any time are correct and complete and updated if changed at all during the subscription.
T&Cs FACE TO FACE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Any session cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded or postponed to a later date.
Both of the 4 week Face to Face PT packages have a validity period of 6 weeks from the date of the first session. All PT sessions must be completed within 6 weeks.
Any Face to Face/Combo package cancelled before completion, will not be refunded.
Packages are non transferable.
MEDICAL
We are not medical practitioners or registered dieticians. We strongly recommend that prior to commencing any diet or exercise regime that you consult a medical practitioner and/or registered dietitian first.
We have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or diet on a medical condition.
Clients acknowledge that when participating in any exercise program that there is the possibility of physical injury.
